Consultation on new pricing structure for 2016 06/11/2015
The Port of Cromarty Firth has announced an overhaul of its pricing structure.  Changes to be announced will see the existing out of date and complicated charging regime replaced with a simplified model.

The changes to be introduced are the next stage in the Port’s journey to modernise.

The old pricing model involved a complex levy of harbour, mooring, berthing and cargo dues.  These charges are to be replaced with one single Vessel Due for entering, using or leaving the Port of Cromarty Firth.

Customers and stakeholders are invited to review and discuss the new pricing structure and schedule of charges for 2016, attached.

The Port of Cromarty Firth is a Trust Port which spans 46 miles of coastline and is home to 6 key marine facilities.  The Port is not funded by the Government, there are no shareholders and the surplus money it generates is used to improve, maintain and manage the harbour on behalf of all stakeholders.
