Cromarty Firth Port Authority have applied to Marine Scotland for consent to proceed with a berth development, as part of major port expansion plans.

A copy of the application, drawings together with the Environmental statement presenting an analysis  of the environmental implications, are available for inspection free of charge during normal office hours at the Port, or alternatively at:

Invergordon Library, High Street, Invergordon, IV18 0DG
Dingwall Library, Dingwall Academy, IV15 9LT
Tain Library, Stafford Street, Tain, IV19 1 AZ

Copies of the environmental statement can be obtained from the Port for a charge of £10 or £5 for a CD.

Representations must be made by 30th May 2013 to The Scottish Government, Marine Scotland, Marine Laboratory, PO Box 101, 375 Victoria Road, Aberdeen, AB11 9DB or via email at,  Representations should be clearly dated and should identify the proposal, the grounds for representation and the name and return email or postal address (in block capitals) of the person making the representations, otherwise they may be disregarded.  Please quote reference CFPA-BD
